All workplaces, with twenty (20) or more workers, are required to have a Joint Health & Safety Committee (JH&SC). The employer is required to consult the JH&SC on any decisions regarding Health & Safety. We will work with the employer and the committee to review the operations and functions of the committee. We will provide you with the required forms and assist you with record keeping. SAFETAID will also provide any necessary training and assist you in identifying hazardous areas in your workplace.
